2. Product Accuracy & Pricing
All prices on our storefront are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices or substitute out-of-stock gourmet flavors with items of equal or superior quality upon notifying the buyer.
3. Gift Message Etiquette
Customers agree not to submit offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content in complimentary gift messages. Little Luxe Hamper reserves the right to decline printing inappropriate notes.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
